I documented Gtranslator application a few years back as part of my GOPW internship, and it will open in Yelp help viewer from the App menu > Help:

I have a web version of the latest docs release I worked with on my site, but some features might have changed in the meantime:

If you want to contribute changes to Gtranslator docs, use the repo on GNOME Git:
