gtranslator uses the application menu. Just go there and you will find the menuitems.
The application menu is the menu that says "gtranslator" near the "activities" button in gnome-shell.

I can't see the preferences menu, actually I can't see any options define in the gtranslator-menu.ui file. Nevertheless I added a accel to preferences entry on this file and then I can see the preferences dialog by means of this accel but there is no menu entry, which is weird.

Any idea?
