New branch for maintenance release

Hi all!

I created a new branch called gtranslator_1_1_8 for maintenance release.

gtranslator trunk can't become in stable for now ( it needs a lot of work) but the current stable version has some important bugs 
that Juanjo and me have fixed. We'll apply all those patches in the branch to make a new release.
