"Exporting to charset" or something similar, not? :-) But this should be
a short list of logical and useful charset conversions I think or not?!?

Maybe just exporting to one charset or so per language should be
possible ("iso-8859-9" for Turkish, "iso-8859-1" and "iso-8859-15" for
German etc...), would make another list mechanism necessary but could
beware gtranslator code of many useless crashes or such.
