[Gtranslator-devel] Preferences and the GNOME HIG

Hi

I have made an atempt on writing a more HIG compliant preferences
dialog. 
I have rearranged the pages quite a bit, but all the options are still
there (I hope :)
It should be quite easy to move around or add options and pages.
