I will do the announcements etc. this evening/night, so you've got now time to do the packaging or other things you wanted to do with gtranslator R 0.40 
The CVS sources had been tagged with the "gtranslator-0-40" tag for this release, so if you want to check out the release version out of the CVS, you just do cvs co -r gtranslator-0-40 gtranslator and you're done
