To summarize a little bit:
The coming release tomorrow will be release 0.40 (code name "DEIA" -- well, I did just select that ATM I did sent the mail to gnome-i18n gnome org -- and well, try to guess what it could mean  )).
I will do the tarballs tomorrow morning (CEST) and set them up to the web space on http://www.gtranslator.org as http://www.gtranslator.org/download/releases/0.40/gtranslator-0.40.tar.gz -- tomorrow as said, not today  And I'll give the translators time until tomorrow morning to update their translations; after doing the tarballs I will give the packagers news about it and give them 12+ hours to do the packages dance before I start the usual propaganda attacks
