[Gtranslator-devel] Feature/string freeze for gtranslator 0.39.2

The subject says it all; the sources aren't fully done but there's only
one major point to be fixed and this point won't touch strings, so that
you can already start translating gtranslator or updating your
translation for gtranslator.

There should be about 30+ string changes in gtranslator and most of them
are also user visible from the GUI, so that I would really perform a
translation update :-)

Release day is 1st March -- so, your work should be ready on 28th
February at least. Have fun with translation/trying gtranslator! Any bug
report is welcome!
