The programs in
https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtkmm-documentation/tree/examples,
the master branch, are updated for gtkmm-4, the new API- and
ABI-breaking coming release of gtkmm. In gtkmm-4 show_all() and
show_all_children() have been removed. They are not needed
because property_visible() has default value true. In gtkmm-3
the default value is false. If you want to see example programs for gtkmm-3,
look at the gtkmm-3-22 branch, Den 2017-02-20 kl.
