Refresh dialog

I have a dialog with a Gtk::Entry and one Gtk::Button. Once I have put
some text in the entry and clicking the button, a new Gtk::Label
should up below the button.

How can the main dialog be refreshed to add the Gtk::Label whenever
the button is clicked?
