Bom dia! 

Depois de muito tempo pesquisando, consegui uma forma de realizar essa façanha. 

Usando o Msys junto com o MingW compilo qualquer programa feito em GTKmm.

Para instalar as libs utilizo o Inno Setup Studio , listando as dlls afetadas e gerando um instalador. 

Se quiser tentar acredito que não terá dificuldades, mas logo estarei postando o passo a passo na minha página no Facebook @SombraDesignerVisual

Good Morning!

After much research, I have found a way to accomplish this feat.

Using Msys along with MingW compile any program made in GTKmm.

To install the libs I use Inno Setup Studio, listing the affected dlls and generating an installer.
