I have updated broken links in 
https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtkmm-documentation/tree/docs/tutorial/C/gtkmm-tutorial-in.xml
The links in https://developer.gnome.org/gtkmm-tutorial/[un]stable/ will 
be updated the next time a new release is made. (Don't know when.)
There are broken links in other places, e.g. in www.gtkmm.org (see 
https://mail.gnome.org/archives/gtkmm-list/2013-December/msg00025.html).

Until all broken links have been updated, you can enter the web address 
manually in your web browser. Change live.gnome.org/gtkmm/* to 
wiki.gnome.org/Projects/gtkmm/*, where "*" is any string.
