You can build Gtkmm3 on windwos by your own: http://live.gnome.org/gtkmm/MSWindows/BuildingGtkmm

Or you can work with Gtkmm2.4 and download precompiled binaries from here: http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/binaries/win32/gtkmm/

I'm porting Gelide to windows using the second option with mingw and it work well.

No, no, no, by no means I'd get mad at the guys, it is just that I am
starting to get concerned about the future of GTKmm on the Windows platform.
I have nothing but gratitude and respect for the folks contributing their
time develop a Toolkit that is soooo amazing as GTKmm is.

Maybe we should talk with the developers at IRC (I imagine that there
are a room for GTKmm developers).
