I am not to sure about the exact purpose of gtk_builder_convert utility,
as I don't use it myself. I suspect it is for converting older files
targeted at libglade (now obsolete) to the newer Gtk::Builder. However I
do use Glade 3 which I us to save my files with a .ui extension (as
opposed to the older .glade, and is in XML format) and these are loaded
by Gtk::Builder without any problems.
I create a separate ui file for each window, opening each file as
required.
