ANNOUNCE: gtkmm 2.17.11

*** gtkmm 2.18:

gtkmm 2.17 wraps new API in GTK+ 2.17. It will become the API/ABI-stable 
gtkmm 2.18 when GTK+ 2.18.0 is released. gtkmm 2.19 is API/ABI-compatibile with 
gtkmm >=2.4. It is a version of the gtkmm-2.4 API.

gtkmm stays in-sync with GTK+ by following the official GNOME release schedule:
http://www.gnome.org/start/unstable/

Bindings for the rest of the GNOME Platform are also available, and are also 
API-stable.

gtkmm 2.17.11:

Gdk:
* Window: Added redirect_to_drawable(), 
  remove_redirection(), geometry_changed(), get_root_coords(), restack().
Gtk:
* Range: Added get/set_flippable().
* Widget: Added get_is_toplevel(), get_is_drawable(), 
  get/set_receives_default(), wrapping the new C functions, 
  deprecating the hand-coded non get-prefixed versions.
