Gtk::Builder::connect_signals() implementation

OK, the GTK guys pointed me to an
alternative of glade_get_widget_name().
So there is no need to change a GTK API -
what a relief!

So I think now everything is fine, and
what remains is the gmmproc change.

Are there still any issues with this patch
that you can think of?

Patch to stop build if plug-in does not exist in maintainer mode

This patch stops the build if a plug-in does not exist in maintainer mode.
Would this fix things for you?

Gst::Object should be wrapped with gmmproc so that when signals and virtual
functions are done they can be wrapped and not handwritten. Migration patch
follows.
