Windows Installer containing current glibmm?

Dear List!
gtkmm is the best toolkit I have ever worked with. My customer is also
satisfied.
There exists a Windows installer gtkmm-win32-devel-2.14.3-2.exe supplied
by Armin Burgmeier, to whom I hereby address thanks.
Will there be a version of that installer that contains glibmm-2.18? This
would be useful, since glibmm-2.18 has some new features I am interested
in.
