Try /usr/share/aclocal directory. IT_PROG_INTLTOOL is in intltool.m4,
AM_GLIB_GNU_GETTEXT and GLIB_DEFINE_LOCALEDIR are in glib-gettext.m4.
Documentation of m4 macros are usually sparse, so it is better to see
how they were used in another projects.
