Gtkmm Windows installers available

Dear gtkmm users,

Official All-in-One Windows installers (runtime and development
versions) for gtkmm are available again:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/binaries/win32/gtkmm

They contain all files required to build applications using gtkmm with
MinGW or MSVC++, including GTK+ binaries. More information is available
at http://live.gnome.org/gtkmm/MSWindows.

Feel free to ask if you have any problems with them. Suggestions are
welcome as well.

Thanks go to Murray Cumming and Cédric Gustin for their help that
allowed me to create the installers.
