embedded keyboard Issue : Y clicked once shows as YY

Hi All, 

I am working on a project which involves creating a embedded keyboard.
It contains all the characters as in the Keyboard. But the issue is... 

When I click once on the button Y/y,  the text box shows as YY/yy. 
It works well for other buttons. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
