Scroll Image directory

Hello..
I want throught a dialog choose a image into a directory,open a window with
the image and have a scroll..or a slider that scroll the following
images..all the directory.The dialog and the window I made..but I don't know
make the scroll..of the series of image.
Someone has a code example?
