Menu actions handle with libglademm

Hi,

I have read the chapter 11 of the Gtkmm manual ("programming with 
gtkmm") about Menus and Toolbars.

In this chapter, it is described how to group the Menu item to not have 
to handle them individually. How can I do the same using the libglademm 
interface?
