gtk-save stock icon

	Hi !

	Yesterday, I compiled my application in Windows for the first time,
using Gtkmm-2.10 & CodeBlocks. It was a little bit difficult to
configure codeBlocks, as it has a template for Gtk+ projects but not one
for Gtkmm projects.

	Anyway. The first thing I noticed in the console window was a warning
saying that the stock icon  gtk-save was not found. Is this a known
issue ? It is something strange to me that all icons are found, apart
from this one (one of the most used ones, I guess).

	Any solution?
