The freenode channel is great, and by the way it is "##C++", not
"#C++". That is, with two pound signs.

There's still usenet. comp.lang.c++ was pretty good, last time I read
it. BTW, if you grok french, fr.comp.lang.c++ is very good too (probably
enough quotes from the standard in one year to have it all ;-).
