At http://lists.linux.org.au/listinfo/tuxcpprogramming there is a linux
C++ list, if that is what you are into, but it is not very active.  The
best resource is probably the comp.lang.c++.moderated newsgroup, where
some quite clever people hang out.  comp.lang.c++ on the other hand
tends to have more heat than light.
