gtkmm isn't really available for scirocco (Maemo 2.1). The manual
actually mentions bora:
http://maemomm.garage.maemo.org/docs/tutorial/html/ch03.html

We could create scirocco packages, but we've been more focused on bora
and the N800. Is this essential to you?
