Hmm, init() is called before anything else is done and the hand-coded
init of course calls wrap_init(). But still I get the message
glibmm-WARNING **: failed to wrap type of 'AnjutaApp'
when trying to access get_shell(). AnjutaApp does implement AnjutaShell
so Glib::wrap(AnjutaApp) should normally work.
