Problems reading from IOChannel

Is there any logic that the I get the exception with files or strings with the token '#' or '##'?? for example:

# ftrain=../modelos/knn/W001.D01.etiq ftest=A_bach1.dsc
# K = 1 to 1 step 1
# npb=14, h=0 
# epsilon=-1, hepsilon=-1, iepsilon=-1
# algoritmo=0

...
