What I have done:
In your gtk directory you find the MSVC directory. In this directory you
find 2 file:
gtkmm-2.4.vcprosps
gtkmm-2.4d.vcprops
Create a project. Open the vcproj file with an editor and edit the lines
with the name. After that i can compile it and it runs.
