Cannot show window

Hi, i'm trying to learn gtkmm but when i compile my programm my warning or
error is in output but when i run the progmam it writes this output
:

Segmentation fault

I know that i made something wrong but don't know what ;). It's multiple
files so the source is here http://frix.fri.utc.sk/~congo/pokus.tar.gz.So
can someone say me why i have this output a or can someone look at the
code please.
