Gnome HIG - frames

I was reading Gnome HIG.
OK I got frames(Gtk::Frame) in my app(Sysinfo), I removed the borders
and made frame label-font in bold.

Now looking at all the Gnome apps, the contents of every frame are
moved to the right, so there is a space(margin) at the beginning.

How do I make this margin inside frame ?
For example in first frame I have table 2x3 where I put my widgets.
