GTK on Linux and Windows

Hi everybody,
I have to build a multifplatform graphic interface for a certain logic
layer in C++.
Is it possible to use GTK to build a graphic inteface that works both
in Linux and Windows ? I mean, isn't there supposed to be a problem
with the compilers ?
