Another thing I noticed whilst playing with the fileChooser was the
filesystem (or vfs or something) parameter on a couple of the constructor
overloads, which led to me noticing the Vfs isn't mentioned on the gtkmm
docs page.

Wasn't there a vfsmm at one point?
Is it dead?
Does it have anything to do with FileChooser?
And why am I asking you? // blazing saddles quote - bonus points for naming
the scene :)
