Suppressing the row/column separators in TreeView

Anybody knows how to customize away the row/column separators in TreeView?  The problem I have is
that any vertical space in the table I have is very dear to me, so I'm trying to reduce the vertical
size by as much as possible.  I just want to position the cells next to each other, with no space
in between.
