Thanks for your help Matthias and Gareth,

I found the way to add libraries to a project with anjuta (thank you 
google).

I still have a problem, I cant compile the program exemple from the Boost 
site :

http://www.boost.org/libs/filesystem/example/simple_ls.cpp

I have this error (which generates others errors ...) :

undefined reference to 'boost::filesystem::initial_path()

I tried to compile this program with g++-4.0 g++-3.4 and g++-3.3

(g++-4.0 had the worst result at home)
