Is gtkmm 2.0 still available?

Is gtkmm 2.0 still available? I am installing mysql-administrator-1.0.19, 
but during configure it specifically wants version 2.0. I have installed 
gtkmm 2.4 and added to my PKG_CONFIG_PATH but the file is gtkmm-2.4.pc.

checking for libglade-2.0

                        gtkmm-2.0... Package gtkmm-2.0 was not found in 
the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `gtkmm-2.0.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'gtkmm-2.0' found

                        libxml-2.0 >= 2.6.2
                        gtkmm-2.0) not met;

Do you have any suggestions?
