TextView and syntax highlighting

Hello!

I searched for the $Subject a lot but don't found much. So I ask here if 
someone have a hint/example how to implement syntax hightlighting (and 
maybe line numbering) in the TextView. The only thing I found is the 
gtksourceview. But this is not applicable for me as it's GPL (and is not 
available for WIN32 too I think).
