List of new/deprecated API

I've done some doxygen tricks so that we can now have
automatically-generated lists of new and deprecated API:
http://www.gtkmm.org/docs/gtkmm-2.4/docs/reference/html/pages.html
(Yes, I know the sequence is strange. Patches welcome.)

It's linked from the main documentation page:
http://www.gtkmm.org/docs/gtkmm-2.4/docs/

If new or deprecated API isn't marked as such then it's a bug.
