libglademm configure checks for the "MSVC-compatible struct packing conve=
ntion"
dependent on $platform_win32.  This is incorrect, as $platform_win32 incl=
udes
Cygwin, which is not MSVC dependent.

The attached patch adds a check for $os_win32, similar to that found in o=
ther
packages, and bases the aforementioned test on its value.
