No label in toolbar icon

Hi,

When instantiating Menubar and Toolbars from Gtk::UIManager using
Gtk::Action, Gtk by default also place a label in the toolbar icon
i.e. there's an image icon with the menu text beneath it. I don't want
the label in the toolbar icon. Any way to disable/remove this?
