signals documentation

I have documented several gtkmm signals (with doxygen comments), using
the documentation from GTK+ where it exists. For instance:

Only the newer GTK+ signals are well documented. So, if you find an
undocumented gtkmm signal, please:
- Check whether the GTK+ signal is documented.
  - If not, _do_ file a GTK+ bug. File one bug for each widget if
several signals are not documented.
  - If it is, then file a gtkmm bug, ideally with a patch:
