Anjuta 1.2.2 does not support gnome 2.6

Hi ,

I am currently using gtkmm 2.0, Linux 7.3 and using anjuta IDE for 
developement.

But i have successfully installed gtkmm 2.4 on fedora core 2 and want to 
develope projects on the same i.e gnomemm 2.6, gtkmm 2.4 .

But the latest version of anjuta (1.2.2) does not support the gnome 2.6 
project.

And i want to build my gtkmm 2.4 classes on the fedora core 2.

How can I do that?

I tried to make changes in configure.in but doesn't work out for me
