I have added this to the glibmm-2-4 branch of glibmm. Please submit
improvements to it as a patch, with extra files in tarballs where
necessary:

Please do provide a patch for the README, and add project files for the
tests and examples. You can see the MSVC_Net2003 directory in gtkmm 2.2
for examples.

When that's all done we'll put the gtkmm stuff in cvs too.
