[gtkmm] How to generate .defs files

Hi!

I am working on wrapping libanjuta from the Anjuta IDE to allow people
to write their plugins in C++.  When I try to generate my first files
gmmproc tells me that it cannot read my .defs file. I generated the
.defs file with h2defs.py like it is mentioned in the docs. Maybe the
docs are a bit outdated.
