Win32 binaries for gtk+-2.4 were only released a few days ago and there is 
still no (semi-) official gtk+-2.4 installer (from dropline).
gtkmm-2.4 builds fine (mingw) against my homebrewed gtk+-2.4 binaries. I 
plan to switch to Tor's binaries, recompile gtkmm-2.4 (+ libsigc++-2 + 
libglademm) and come up with an updated installer over this week-end or 
beginning of next week (as time permits).
