[gtkmm] Polymorphic Function Object Wrapper

It looks like this feature is going to be added to std::c++. Here is

these features be incorporated into Gtkmm. It seems appropriate to the
subject Widget Toolkits. I wonder if the developers of libstdc++ are up
to the tasks set by the upcoming standard revision. Is anyone on this
list involved in the implementation of g++? What is the status of this
work.
