I have my widget showing ok, however, i am no hitting the same wall as

My editing widget is bigger than the cell.
I would like to ewpand the cell during edit, but the widget does not 
take all the available space.

Is there a way to do tell the editing widget the new size of the cell 
upon creation ?

Any help greatly appreciated !
