[gtkmm] TreeView Drag and Drop

    Ok, I've looked at the example from gtkmm (examples/book/treeview/drag_and_drop), and
I can't get it to do what I want.  I would like for rows that don't have children (the
Joey JoJo row) to be able to receive drop events and make those dropped rows children. 
If you try and drop something like the Billy Bob row on the Joey Jojo row, it doesn't do
a thing, but you can drag Joey Jojo onto the other two rows and it will become a child. 
Anybody know how to do this?  Thanks in advance!
