[gtkmm] Resizing of gtkmm windows under MS Windows

Dear gtkmm developers

I have a query about the resizing of gtkmm windows under MS Windows.  When a 
window is being resized by a mouse dragging one of the window borders, the 
contents of the window are not refreshed (eg. Widgets are not resized and 
redrawn as the dragging is occuring).

This issue only occurs with the use of gtkmm under MS Windows (eg WorkRave) 
and does not seem to affect gtk under MS Windows (eg Gaim). Is this issue due 
to gtkmm developement lagging behind gtk? Or is it technical limitations in 
gtkmm? Or some other factor?
