[gtkmm] gtkmm 2.3 hacking

How can I get people interested in hacking on gtkmm 2.3? I know that some
people would prefer just to look at released tarballs, but I don't think
there are going to be many GTK+ 2.3 tarballs, and I can't release what is in
gtkmm's cvs until they release what is in GTK+'s cvs.

I strongly encourage you to get jhbuild and do
jhbuild build -a gtkmm
http://cvs.gnome.org/lxr/source/jhbuild/README
It will build it and its dependencies from cvs in a completely separate
prefix.

Several of you have cvs write access. I am very happy for you to commit
stuff directly to gtkmm 2.3, because I don't have to worry so much about
ABI. I hope that other people will add their patches to bugzilla:
